Aircraft Sub Assembly

Aircraft parts are assembled in assembly fixtures. DELFOi support flexible equipment for rapid design and quick build. The solution features BoxJoint to avoid welding beams in the circumference framework and D-Flex 201 for flexible pickups.

D-Flex 201

The D-Flex 201 is a very flexible holding unit that support many different purposes such as pin-in-hole, vaccum cups, toggle clamps etc. The D-Flex 201 has 6 degrees of freedom movement.
