Since 1990…

Delfoi’s offline programming and simulation systems are the most modern on the markets today and are based on over three decades of experience in developing software together with demanding customers.

Delfoi delivered the first offline programming system for the European car industry already in 1991. The customer was Valmet Automotive, which is known today as an assembly factory for Daimler. Besides the car industry the company has customers in heavy machinery like BAE Hagglunds, Caterpillar, CNH Industrial, John Deere, Ponsse, Metso, Valmet, Sandvik, and Volvo Construcion Equipment. In aircraft industry there are customers like Airbus, Boeing, Patria, and Saab.

Today, the most growing end-user segment is the components manufactures and specialized contract manufacturers.

The company delivers mostly ready-to-go software products. Also challenging one-of-a-kind projects are part of our deliveries. During our long history, Delfoi has commissioned special projects like a jigless drilling and grinding application for Boeing together with Neos Robotics (Tricept robot) and Imetric (metrology). Another case is a teleoperated offline programming and real-time monitoring application for robotized waterjet cutting for BNFL (Westinghouse Atom, previous ABB Atom) nuclear powerplant together with ABB Robotics.

Delfoi Robotics products are based on modern simulation platform from Visual Components. The software products are Delfoi ARCDelfoi CUT, and Delfoi PAINT.
